10.\nAPPOINTMENT OF THREE COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATION NOMINEES TO THE COMMUNITY POLICE OVERSIGHT\nCOMMISSION (City Attorney/City Prosecutor’s Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is not a project subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant\nto Section 21065 of CEQA and Sections 15060(c)(2),15060(c)(3), and 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines, and as such, no environmental\ndocument pursuant to CEQA is required; and\n(2) Review the six applications received for the Community Police Oversight Commission (CPOC) community-based organization seats and\nappoint three community-based organization nominees to the CPOC for 3-year terms beginning on July 1, 2025, as further described in the\nAgenda Report.
