4.\nECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT & TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE: APPROVE PASADENA ASSISTANCE FUND GRANT AWARDS FOR\nPROGRAM YEARS 2025 AND 2026 (Housing Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1)\nFind that the recommended action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to\nState CEQA Guidelines per Section 15061(b)(3), the “Common Sense” exemption that\nCEQA only applies to projects that may have an effect on the environment; and\n(2)\nApprove Pasadena Assistance Fund allocation for grant awards in the grand total amount of $150,000 for program years 2025 and\n2026, as set forth in the agenda report to Star: Illuminate, Education, Advocate; Families\nForward Learning Center and Outward Bound Adventures, Inc.
