Casa\nFamiliar, 2.) Herencia Hispana San Diego, 3.) San Diego Symphony Orchestra\nAssociation, and 4.) Teatro San Diego are exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act pursuant to sections 15301 and 15323 of the CEQA Guidelines.\nSubitem-B: (R-2023-461)\nResolution authorizing the Mayor, or their designee, to enter into Agreements with 1.)\nCasa Familiar, in an amount not-to-exceed $15,000; 2.)
