2.\nAUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE THE SALE OF SEVENTEEN (17) VACANT PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE STATE\nROUTE 710 RIGHT-OF-WAY IN PASADENA (Housing Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1)\nFind that the action proposed in the agenda report is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15312, “Surplus Government Property Sales”;\n(2)\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate the sale of seventeen (17) vacant real properties located in the State Route\n710 Right-of-Way in Pasadena for no less than appraised value.
