Approve the proposed assignment and\nassumption agreement for 24031 El Toro Road, Suite 203, Laguna Hills, California;\n2. Approve the first amendment to the lease agreement with Premier Group\nInternational, an Investigative and Security Corporation, a California corporation,\nfor 24031 El Toro Road, Suite 203, Laguna Hills, California; and 3. Authorize the City\nManager to make minor modifications, as necessary, to the assignment and\nassumption agreement and to the first amendment to the lease agreement and to\nexecute both agreements.
