AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT WITH TOWNSEND PUBLIC AFFAIRS (TPA) FOR GRANT WRITING SERVICES\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Townsend Public Affairs (TPA) for grant writing services; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
