4.F. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HUE LUU, P.E., TO PROVIDE BUILDING PLAN REVIEW AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Hue Luu. P.E., to continue to provide professional building plan review and engineering services in the amount of $175,000 for the Fiscal Year 2025-26; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any and all necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
