4.G. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE CODE GROUP DBA VCA CODE TO PROVIDE BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with The Code Group dba VCA Code to continue to provide building inspection services in the amount of $150,000 for Fiscal Year 2025-26; 2) Authorize the City Manager and the City Attorney to make any and all necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute the agreement.
