Approve a resolution adopting the fiscal year (FY) 2025-26 Operating\nBudget and Five-Year Capital Improvement Budget;\n2. Approve a resolution adopting the updated General Fund and Proprietary\nFund reserve policies (Exhibits A and B);\n3. Approve the FY 2026-27 Operating and Capital Budget;\n4.
