Retroactively approving Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 3408 with the Los Angeles County\nMetropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) (“Agreement”) to modify the agreement term and\nextend the funding lapse date to February 28, 2025, encompassing the period during which the\n2013 Call for Projects Grant funds were used to fund the Tweedy Boulevard Traffic Signal\nSynchronization Project, LAMTA ID No. F7309, City Project No. 514-TRF; and\nb.
