5. Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-42-CC with Merchants Building Maintenance for\nCustodial and Maintenance Services\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-42-CC with Merchants Building\nMaintenance (“Agreement”), to extend the contract term for 12 months to continue custodial and\nmaintenance services for various municipal facilities through June 30, 2026, for an amount notto-exceed $322,910, or $26,909 monthly; and\nb.
