1.\nRecommendation to open the continued Public Hearing for the Year 5, Permanent\nLocal Housing Allocation (PLHA); approve an agreement with the Salvation Army’s\nBell Shelter in a form to be approved by the City Attorney; and adopt Resolution No.\n015­2025, approving participation in the Los Angeles County PLHA Program by\nauthorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to sign a Reimbursable Contract with the Los\nAngeles County Development Authority (LACDA) acting on behalf of the City.\nSUGGESTED ACTION: Approve Recommendation.
