Vacation of a Portion of the Public Road Easement Described and Shown in the Road Deed\nRecorded as Instrument No. 91-1041663 of Official Records on July 9, 1991, located at the\nSouthwest Corner of Avenue L and 5th Street East\nRecommendation(s):\nAdopt Resolution No._______, declaring its intention to vacate a portion of the public Road\nEasement described and shown in the Road Deed recorded as Instrument No. 91-1041663 of\nOfficial Records on July 9, 1991, located at the southwest corner of Avenue L and 5th Street\nEast, in the City of Lancaster, County of Los Angeles, State of California.\nSaid public Road Easement was dedicated to the City as part of the conditions of approval for\nTract Map No. 48978. City staff recommends vacating a ±670 square-foot portion of the\npublic Road Easement as described and shown on Exhibits “A” and “B” of the Resolution.\nThe portion of the public road easement is no longer needed and has been determined to\nserve no foreseeable public use.
