12.F.\nFY 24-25 Sewer Main Spot Repairs - Award of Contract\nRecommendation:\n1) Award the construction contract to Carter Sanitation in the amount not to\nexceed $600,000 for the FY 24-25 Sewer Main Spot Repair;\n2) Reject all other bids; and\n3) Authorize the Executive Director to execute a construction contract on\nbehalf of the Whittier Utility Authority.
