8.\nAWARD OF\nCONTRACT\nNEIGHBORHOOD STREET RESURFACING 2025 (CITY\nPROJECT NO. 9531) – APPROVAL OF PLANS AND\nSPECIFICATIONS, AWARD OF CONTRACT, AND FINDING THE\nPROJECT EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL\nQUALITY ACT PURSUANT TO THE CLASS 1 CATEGORICAL\nEXEMPTION\nRecommended Action: 1) Appropriate $577,635 in Fiscal Year\n2025-26, in which $261,009 is Measure R Funds and $316,626 is\nSB1 (RMRA) Funds; 2) Approve the plans and specifications as\ndetailed in the bid documents, with respect to design criteria; 3) Find\nthe project exempt from CEQA; and 4) Award the contract for the\nNeighborhood Streets Resurfacing 2025 project to All American\nAsphalt, Corona, California in the amount of $1,697,638, and\nauthorize the Mayor or her designee to execute the agreement.
