3.\nAPPROVAL\nPURCHASE OF HARDWARE/LICENSING FOR VIRTUAL\nNETWORK REFRESH\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve the purchase of the new server\nnetwork hardware, licensing, installation and warranties from\nSidepath in the amount of $134,936 and authorize the Mayor or her\ndesignee to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City\nAttorney; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to utilize a project\ncontingency of up to 10% in the event of unforeseen conditions.
