12.\nAPPROVAL\nCITY PROSECUTOR LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE CITY’S CODE\nENFORCEMENT PROGRAM AND CONSIDERATION OF LEGAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JONES MAYER TO PERFORM\nCITY PROSECUTOR SERVICES\nRecommended Action: Approve and authorize the City Manager\nor his designee to enter into an agreement with Jones Mayer for City\nProsecutor legal services for the City’s Code Enforcement Program.\nThe term of this Agreement shall commence on the date first set\nforth above and shall expire on June 30, 2026, unless extended or\nearlier terminated as provided herein. Upon mutual agreement by\nboth parties, this agreement may be extended for up to three (3)\nadditional one-year terms at the conclusion of the initial term. The\nCity Manager is hereby authorized to approve such extensions on\nbehalf of the City.
