Motion of the Housing Authority to Approve an Amendment to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Kane, Ballmer and Berkman (Contract C106203) to Increase the Contract\nAmount by $300,000 for a New “Not to Exceed” Contract of $1,040,000 for Affordable\nHousing Legal Services; and to Extend the Agreement Term for Two Years to June 30,\n2027; and
