8.\nTraffic Collision Vehicle Replacements\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopt the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Authorize the replacement of two Ford Explorers, units 42203 and 42083; and\n2. Appropriate $230,000 from the Vehicle Replacement Fund balance to the City's\nVehicle-Equipment Replacement account.
