4.\nTree Maintenance Services Agreement\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Authorize the Purchasing Agent to extend the current Public Works Contract for\nTree Maintenance Services with West Coast Arborists, Inc. (WCA) for three\nmonths in the not-to-exceed amount of $91,250; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a new agreement with WCA in the amount\nof $746,900 for an initial one-year term, with the option to renew for three\nadditional one-year periods, in accordance with Municipal Code 3.20.010(C)(6).
