6.\nAward of Bid No. 005-26 – ADA Concrete Improvements (Multi-Year 2025)\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to:\n1. Approve Plans and Specifications for ADA Concrete Improvements (Multi-Year\n2025), Bid No. 005-26;\n2. Find the following:\na) Protest submitted by RAC Construction & Engineering, Inc. (RAC) to be\nuntimely and without merit,\nb) Waive the irregularity in the low bidder's response; and\n3. Award the bid to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Sael\nConstruction Corporation (SCC), in the not-to-exceed amount of $444,610, with\nthe option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
