7.\nAmendment to the Axon Enterprise, Inc. Master Services and Purchasing Agreement for\nAxon Officer Safety Plan 10 Premium (OSP10)\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Approve:\na. The contract Amendment to the Master Services and Purchasing\nAgreement, substantially in the form as presented at this meeting; and\nb. The sole source procurement of additional items included in the Amendment.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to make contract Amendment revisions and sign the\nAmendment upon approval.
