(Added 6/18/25)\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis item is to authorize the Mayor, or designee, to execute a Fourth Amendment to the\nAgreement with PATH San Diego to increase the contract by $3,500,000 for a total not-toexceed amount of $13,600,000.
