I.\nACCEPT THE SUPPLEMENTAL LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES ACCOUNT (SLESA)\nGRANT FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND APPROVE AN EXPENDITURE PLAN\nAND APPROPRIATION\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Accept the State of California Supplemental Enforcement Services Account Grant\n(SLESA) and Expenditure Plan.\n2. Direct the Director of Finance/City Treasurer to fund the appropriation.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
