J.\nAPPROVE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT NO. 25C175 WITH CARAHSOFT\nTECHNOLOGY CORP. TO PROVIDE A COMMON/SHARED USE PASSENGER\nPROCESSING SYSTEM FOR THE PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Cooperative Purchase Agreement No. 25C175 with Carahsoft Technology\nCorp. to provide a Common/Shared Use Passenger Processing System for the Palm\nSprings International Airport for a five-year term beginning July 1, 2025, through June\n30, 2030, in an amount not to exceed $828,610.90.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
