N.\nAPPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT 25S170 WITH\nGOVERNMENTJOBS.COM DBA NEOGOV, INC TO PROVIDE HR MANAGEMENT AND\nPAYROLL PROCESSING SOFTWARE\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve contract services agreement 25S170 with GOVERNMENTJOBS.COM, INC\nDBA NeoGov for an initial three-year term commencing July 1, 2025, and continuing\nthrough June 30, 2028, with two one-year extension options, to provide HR\nManagement and Payroll processing software for an amount not to exceed\n$424,028.61.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
