M.\nAPPROPRIATION OF FY 2024 SETTLEMENT AND AIRPORT REVENUE SHARING\nCREDITS TO SIGNATORY AIRLINES OPERATING AT PALM SPRINGS\nINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT PER THE TERMS OF THE AIRPORT USE AND LEASE\nAGREEMENT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve appropriation and remittance of the FY 2024 Settlement and Airport\nRevenue Sharing credits to the Airport’s seven Signatory Airlines; Air Canada, Alaska\nAirlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines and\nWestJet (Signatory Airlines).\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to remit payments to each Signatory Airline\nin the amounts calculated by the Airport and Finance Department.
