L.\nAPPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT WITH ACTION PARK ALLIANCE, INC. FOR\nOPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE PALM SPRINGS SKATE PARK\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve the Operation Agreement between City of Palm Springs and Action Park\nAlliance, Inc., subject to final City Manager and City Attorney approval, for operation\nof the Palm Springs Skate Park, Retail/Pro Shop and Concession for a term of three\n(3) years with two one (1) year extensions; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
