G.\nAPPROVE AGREEMENT WITH CANYON PALM SPRINGS HOTEL, LLC, FOR\nREIMBURSEMENT OF PUBLIC ART FEES IN THE AMOUNT OF $192,710 FOR\nARTWORKS BY VARIOUS ARTISTS INSTALLED AT THE THOMPSON HOTEL\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Accept the public artwork located in the Thompson Hotel lobby and Restaurant\nLounge (Lola Rose) located at 414 South Palm Canyon Drive.\n2. Appropriate Public Art Funds in the amount of $192,710 to reimburse Canyon Palm\nSprings Hotel, LLC.\n3. Approve the Agreement with Canyon Palm Springs Hotel, LLC, for Reimbursement of\nPublic Art Funds to Install Artwork at Thompson Palm Springs Hotel.\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
