Approve Construction Contract No. 25B168 with California Waters Development Inc,\ndba California Waters, to fully renovate the existing spray ground system at\nDowntown Park, in an amount not to exceed $520,514.75;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
