E.\nAPPROVAL OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATE (PS&E) AND\nAUTHORIZATION TO BID WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT DEMOLITION OF\nABANDONED HEADWORKS, PRIMARY CLARIFIERS, AND SAND FILTER PROJECT,\nCITY PROJECT 21-06\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve the plans, specifications, and estimate and authorize Staff to advertise and\nsolicit bids for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (“WWTP”) Demolition of Abandoned\nHeadworks, Primary Clarifiers, and Sand Filter Project (“the Project”); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents and appropriate the\nrequired funds from the Wastewater Fund balance to award a construction contract\nand task order, enabling these actions to proceed during the City Council's August\nbreak.
