13.k\nPURCHASE OF GRASS SEED FROM THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE\nBIDDER FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025/26 (PROJECT NO. MLS00021)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to approve the purchase of 174,500\npounds of grass seed from the lowest responsible bidder, in an\namount not to exceed $300,000 for Fiscal Year 2025/26.\n2.\nPursuant to PDMC Section 3.30.160(I), make a finding that such\npurchase is in the best interest of the City.\n3.\nAuthorize the City Attorney to make necessary non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n4.\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any\nother documents, changes, or amendments necessary to\neffectuate this action.\nAWARD ON-CALL CONTRACTS TO EIGHT VENDORS FOR FACILITIES\nREPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS (PROJECT NO. MFA00009)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1.
