21.\nApproval of Parcel Map 32029 for Skyborne Ventures, LLC\nDaniel Porras, Deputy City Manager\n971 - 1033\nRecommendation:\n1) Find that the Parcel Map No. 32029 is in substantial conformance with\nthe previously approved tentative map;\n2) Approve Parcel Map No. 32029 in accordance with the Conditions of\nApproval and contingent on plan check approval;\n3) Accept any and all dedications as offered on the map for street and\npublic utility purposes, and necessary easements;\n4) Authorize the City Clerk and City Engineer to sign the map evidencing\nthe City Council's approval; and\n5) Authorize staff to process and file the map with the County Recorder's\nOffice.\nStaff Report - SR-25-171 - Pdf
