CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nZ&K CONSULTANTS, INC TO PROVIDE ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND\nINSPECTION SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement with Z & K Consultants\nto provide on-call Construction Management & Inspection Professional Services increasing the\ncontract sum by $308,986.00 for a total contract sum of $791,621.00.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to agreement with Z & K Consultants\nto provide on-call Construction Management & Inspection Professional Services following\napproval as to form by the City Attorney.\nSPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY (Item 24)\nPublic testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once (excepting applicants\nwho are afforded a right of rebuttal, if desired), unless\nextended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
