17. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nALBERT A. WEBB ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO THE\nENGINEERING DIVISION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement with Albert A. Webb\nAssociates for on-call professional engineering services by extending the term by one (1) year\nand increasing the contract sum by $300,000 for a total contract sum of $1,200,000.00.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 with Albert A. Webb Associates\nfollowing approval as to form by the City Attorney.
