27.\nLANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES – AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE\nREQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize staff to finalize and advertise a Request for Proposals for Landscape\nMaintenance Services on Planet Bids, and\n2) Approve the Third Amendment to the Agreement with Merchants Landscape\nServices, Inc. extending the contract for 90 days to terminate November 1, 2025,\nfor an additional not-to-exceed fee of $255,000; and\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
