24.\nAPPROVAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH VEHICLE PARKING UNLIMITED,\nLLC FOR USE OF MC&C III FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLE PARKING AND\nSTORAGE (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Successor Agency:\n1) Determine that the proposed lease agreement with Vehicle Parking Unlimited,\nLLC (VPU) is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Pub.\nRes. Code § 21000 et seq.) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Minor\nAlterations to Land); and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. SA-2025-003, approving a five-year lease agreement\nbetween the Successor Agency to the Community Development\nCommission/Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Fe Springs (Successor\nAgency) and VPU for the use of MC&C III site located at 10448 Bloomfield\nAvenue; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.\nCITY COUNCIL
