6.7\na.\nAward NIB 25-038MB to ACM Lighting Services for As-Needed Sports Field Lighting\nReplacement Services and NIB 25-053MB to Andrews Electric Company for As-Needed\nCitywide Low Voltage Maintenance Electrical Services and waive all minor irregularities in the\nproposal.\nb.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designees, to execute the Maintenance and General\nServices Agreements with ACM Lighting Services and Andrews Electric Company in the\namount not to exceed $250,000 each, per fiscal year, including any non-substantive\nextensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to the amount authorized\nin Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.060(J), which is equivalent to 10% or $25,000 each.\nEXTENSION OF VESTA 911 SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT\nThat the City Council:\na.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to approve the extension of the VESTA 911\nSystem maintenance agreement.\nb.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a purchase order in the amount of\n$90,362.21, valid from January 29, 2026, through January 28, 2027.\nc.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and execute any non-substantive\nextensions, amendments, and change orders up to $9,036.22 or 10% of the original\npurchase order amount as provided by the Corona Municipal Code (CMC) Section\n3.08.060(j).\nd.\nAuthorize an appropriation in the amount of $90,362.21 from General Fund 110 to the\nEmergency 911 Phone System Replacement Capital Improvement Project No. TC-2016-01\nand an estimated revenue increase by the same amount for the anticipated revenue\nreimbursement from CalOES.
