5.\nREJECT BIDS RECEIVED THROUGH THE PLANETBIDS' REQUEST FOR\nPROPOSAL ("RFP") VENDOR PORTAL FOR COMPREHENSIVE PARKING\nOPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES, RFP NO. CD 2025-01\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Reject the bids received for RFP No. CD 2025-01; and\n2. Authorize staff to modify the project scope of work in conformance with all\napplicable requirements for posted an amended RFP; and\n3. Authorize staff to re-advertise the RFP through Planet Bids.
