5.\nApproval of a Professional Services Agreement with West Coast Arborists\nfor As-Needed Citywide Tree Management and Maintenance Services\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) Approve an\nAgreement between the City of Del Mar and West Coast Arborists, Inc.\n(Attachment A) for as-needed citywide tree management and maintenance\nservices for a three-year term beginning on September 9, 2025, and ending on\nSeptember 9, 2028, with an option to extend the agreement for an additional twoyear period; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and\nany subsequent term extension amendments provided for under the Agreement\ncontingent upon satisfactory performance by the vendor.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 406-1
