9H.\nFIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SP PLUS\nFOR PARKING ENFORCEMENT SERVICES\nThe City Council will consider approval of the First Amendment to the Professional\nServices Agreement with SP Plus Corporation (SP+) for parking enforcement services to\nextend the term of the Agreement for 12 months at the same annual compensation\namount of $213,087.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this item is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act\n(“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(5)(Organizational or administrative activities\nof governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the\nenvironment); and\n2. Approve the First Amendment to the existing Professional Services Agreement with\nSP Plus Corporation to extend the term of the contract by 12 months and increase the\ntotal not-to-exceed compensation amount by $213,087 for the new term for a new total\nnot-to-exceed compensation amount of $426,174.\nStanton City Council Agenda
