15)\nAmendment No. 5 to the Agreement with RP Landscape & Irrigation, Inc. for\nMonthly Landscape Services for Citywide Parks\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 5 to extend the\nTerm of the Original Agreement, as amended on a month-to-month basis for three (3)\nadditional months with RP Landscape & Irrigation, Inc. in an amount not to exceed\n$74,530.35 per month and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to\nexceed a 10% contingency amount of $7,453.00 for unforeseen additional work, in FY\n2025-26, beginning July 1, 2025.
