Approve a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Purchase\nand Sale Agreement with the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments for\nthe acquisition of 4845 Durfee Avenue (APN:6374-015-902) and a vacant lot\nwith APN: 6375-016-906 and to take all necessary steps to complete the\ntransaction, including opening escrow and accepting title on behalf of the\nCity of Pico Rivera (City);\n2.
