Approve a resolution for Final Tract Map No. 84271 – 95-unit townhome\ndevelopment located at 6540 Rosemead Boulevard as it conforms to the\nrequirements in the Subdivision Map Act and previously approved Vesting\nTentative Tract Map No. 84271;\n2. Accept the dedication of easements for streets, highways and other public\nways, and emergency and public security vehicle ingress and egress, and\npublic utility purposes;\n3.
