16.\nPressure Relief Sustaining Valve Station on Dunlap Crossing Road, CIP No.\n21361 – Notice of Completion.\n(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Contract Change Order No. 1 in the total amount of $31,769.42 for\nadditional work performed on the project and authorize the Executive\nDirector or his designee to execute the contract change order;\n2. Accept the work as completed for the Pressure Relief Sustaining Valve\nStation on Dunlap Crossing Road Project, CIP No. 21361, constructed by\nAmerican Pipeline Services, and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice\nof Completion with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director to release the retention and all other\nmonies due in accordance with the statutory waiting period upon\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion.
