4. Approve Amendment 1 to Contract No. 2022-60-CC with Ron's Maintenance, Inc., for\nCatch Basin Maintenance\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-60-CC with Ron’s Maintenance, Inc.\n(“Agreement”) for an extension of 12 months to continue catch basin maintenance services in\nFiscal Year 2025/26, for an amount not-to-exceed $139,193; and\nb.
