6. Approve Amendment 1 to Contract No. 2024-82-CC with Mariposa Landscape Services,\nLLC, for Annual Citywide Landscaping and General Maintenance Services\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2024-82-CC with Mariposa Landscape Services,\nLLC (“Agreement”), to include additional services for the annual maintenance of newly\nconstructed and landscaped medians along Garfield Avenue and Long Beach Boulevard, as well\nas a one-time vegetation restoration project for street medians citywide, an irrigation water\ncontrol equipment replacement, and a contingency fee for a total amount not to exceed\n$451,370; and\nb.
