Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2025-26-AC with Willdan Engineering\n(“Agreement”) to extend the term of the contract on a month-to-month basis for up to nine (9)\nmonths, to continue staff augmentation services until the vacant Street and Sewer\nSuperintendent position is filled, for a not to exceed amount of $126,277; and\nb.
