12.\nWILLIAM S. HART PARK CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS - The purpose of\nthis item is to approve all associated contracts and agreements with the transfer of\nWilliam S. Hart Park.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the Santa Clarita Valley\nHistorical Society in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the Friends of Hart Park in\na form approved by the City Attorney.\n3. Authorize a contract increase in the amount of $171,846 to the City’s Parks and\nFacilities Security Services Contract with Good Guard Security, Inc., to provide\nsecurity services for the William S. Hart Park and Museum.\n4. Authorize a contract increase in the amount of $54,634 to the City’s Janitorial\nServices Contract with Servicon Systems Inc., to provide janitorial services for the\nWilliam S. Hart Park and Museum.\n5. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney approval.\nThis time has been set aside for any speakers that have turned in speaker cards and were not\nheard in the first thirty minutes allotted to address the City Council on items that are NOT on the\nagenda.
