Approve the City’s Participation in Nationwide Opioid Litigation\nSettlement Agreements with CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Allergan, and\nTEVA; Approve the California State-Subdivision Agreements Regarding\nDistribution and Use of Settlement Funds, Authorize the City Manager to\nTake All Actions Necessary to Implement the Settlement Agreements;\nand Adopt Resolution 7390 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7390:\n1. Consider whether to approve the City’s participation in the national\nsettlement of lawsuits against CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Allergan, and TEVA\nfor the impacts of the opioid addiction crisis; and, 2.
